WeLoy checks each freelancer’s work samples, client reviews, and verifies their identities to ensure they meet our quality standards.
If the delivered work does not meet the specified requirements, you can request revisions. If the freelancer cannot meet your requirements after revisions, both parties can agree to cancel the order mutually, which may result in a partial or full refund based on the work completed. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, you can escalate the issue to WeLoy’s Customer Support, who will mediate and make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.
You can communicate with freelancers directly through WeLoy’s messaging system to discuss project details. Once payment is processed, the contact details of the freelancer will be provided to you. All payments must be made through the platform. Attempting to side-step the platform will result in warnings and possible removal from WeLoy.

2. Payments
Yes, WeLoy provides secure payment solutions, holding funds in escrow until the project is completed fairly and as per the specified terms. We support trusted payment options including ABA, Wing, Visa, and Mastercard.
Creating an account and browsing freelancers is free. The prices shown on the website are before the service fee. WeLoy charges a 15% service fee on top of the freelancer’s fee. Additionally, freelancers are charged a 5% fee from their earnings.
Yes, all employers will receive a payment receipt from our payment service provider, Kess. If you need an invoice, you can contact us via the contact page and we will provide one.
3. Become Freelancer
Create an account, complete your profile with your skills, experience, and portfolio, and create detailed service offerings with prices. Your profile and services will be submitted for approval by WeLoy before going live.
No special license is needed. Provide your experience, references, portfolio, and personal information. We recommend getting verified by submitting your ID.
After creating your profile and services, they are submitted to WeLoy for approval. WeLoy may contact you for additional questions and checks to ensure quality standards before approving your profile and services.
Freelancers should be as detailed as possible when creating their services to avoid misunderstandings. Clear descriptions and transparent pricing help ensure smooth transactions.
