1. Introduction
Welcome to WeLoy, a platform connecting freelancers with businesses in Cambodia. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Services
WeLoy provides a platform for employers to find and hire freelancers for various services. We act as an intermediary, facilitating the transaction and holding payments in escrow until the work is completed to satisfaction.

4. Freelancer Vetting
Freelancers on WeLoy are vetted through a review of their work samples, client reviews, and identity verification. However, WeLoy does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any freelancer’s credentials or work.

5. Payments
All payments are processed through WeLoy. Employers must make payments via the platform, and these payments are held in escrow until the project is completed. WeLoy charges a 15% service fee on top of the freelancer’s fee, and freelancers are charged a 5% fee from their earnings. Attempting to side-step the platform will result in warnings and possible removal from WeLoy.

6. Refunds and Disputes
If the delivered work does not meet the specified requirements, employers can request revisions. If the freelancer cannot meet the requirements after revisions, both parties can agree to cancel the order mutually, which may result in a partial or full refund based on the work completed. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the issue can be escalated to WeLoy’s Customer Support, who will mediate and make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both parties.

7. Communication
All communications between employers and freelancers must be conducted through WeLoy’s messaging system until payment is processed. Upon payment, direct contact details may be shared for further coordination.

8. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, and other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you create on WeLoy. By using our platform, you grant WeLoy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our services.

10. Limitation of Liability
WeLoy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our services.

11. Modifications
WeLoy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Cambodia.
